Items are shipped by our courier partners, once order is made, Kindly wait 24 hours for your cart to be updated with shipping details.

​Delivery is 3-5 working days, but usually sooner.

To return your product, please contact us to arrange shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, the delivery shipping fees will be deducted as well as the return shipping fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
